Solutions to Problems Pairing with Bluetooth®

  • Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device or computer.

  • Check to see if the printer's Bluetooth lamp is lit or fading in and out. If not, turn the printer off and back on, then try pairing with the printer again.

  • Check if the printer is communicating with another mobile device or computer. The printer can only communicate with one device at a time.

  • Check your mobile device or computer for any messages.

  • Reset the printer.
