Setting Up

This section explains the setup procedures necessary to run Epson Craft Studio. See the links provided with each procedure for more details on setting up.

  1. Unpacking and setting up the printer

    For more details on unpacking and setting up, see the manual supplied with each product or to epson.sn.

    If you have already registered your account and printer to Epson Cloud Solution PORT, go to step 4.

  2. Register an account

    For information on how to register your account with Epson Cloud Solution PORT, contact your dealer.

  3. Register a printer

    For information on how to register your printer with Epson Cloud Solution PORT, please contact your dealer.

  4. Purchase a license for Epson Craft Studio

    Licenses can be purchased from the Epson Cloud Solution PORT Marketplace or from a dealer.

    The Marketplace might not be displayed depending on your country or region.

  5. Run the Epson Craft Studio Installer to install the necessary software for Epson Craft Studio

    • If you have purchased a license from the Marketplace

      Download Epson Craft Studio Installer from the Marketplace and run it.

  6. Install Craft Designer Admin and Craft Designer from the App Store® on an in-store iPad

  7. Connect the iPad to the receipt printer
