Installing Label Editor and Connecting the Printer to Your Windows Computer

Note

For instructions on how to turn on Bluetooth on the computer, consult the documentation for the computer.

  1. Double-click the "SetUp.exe" file.

  2. When the installation screen appears, click Install application and driver.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Label Editor.

  4. When the printer driver installation screen appears, select "LW-C610" and click Next.

  5. Even if your printer is LW-C610PX, select "LW-C610".

    Note
    • It may take some time for the screen to be displayed.

    • It may open behind another window.

    • If the screen does not auto start, restart the "SetUp.exe" file. Select Modify then Install driver only.

  6. Turn on the printer. Make sure that the Bluetooth lamp is fading in and out.

  7. Turn on Bluetooth on the computer.

  8. Select Searching and paring a printer on the Bluetooth connection screen, then click Next.

  9. When the printer is found and displayed, select it and click Next.

  10. Even if your printer is LW-C610PX, select "LW-C610".

    The Bluetooth printer driver is installed and the printer is connected to the computer using Bluetooth.

  11. When the completion message appears, click Finish.

  12. The setup procedure is now completed.

Note
  • Once you have installed the Bluetooth printer driver and paired with the printer, you can connect the printer to your computer just by turning on the printer from the next time.

  • The screens of the Label Editor installer may differ depending on the version.

Creating and Printing a Label

For how to use the software, please check the "Online Manual" displayed by clicking the [Help] of the software.

  1. Start the software and then select "LW-C610".

  2. Even if your printer is LW-C610PX, select "LW-C610".

  3. Perform the tape feed operation from the software.

  4. Note
    • Always perform the tape feed operation after inserting a tape cartridge.

    • Check the tape width setting in the software after inserting a tape cartridge.

      By clicking , the tape width of the currently installed tape can be obtained.

  5. Create labels with the software and print.
