Resetting the Printer

If the printer does not function normally, reset it following the procedure below.

Using with the AC adapter

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cable from the outlet and disconnect the AC adapter plug from the printer.

  3. Connect the AC adapter to the printer, and plug the power cable into the outlet.

  4. Turn on the printer.

Using on batteries

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Open the tape cover.

  3. Press the tab and open the battery cover.

  4. Remove the batteries, then insert them again.

  5. Replace the battery cover.

  6. Close the tape cover.

  7. Turn on the printer.

Resetting the Printer

If the printer does not function normally, reset it following the procedure below.

  1. Turn off the printer.
