Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.

Check to see if the printer's lamp is White & Lit or White & fading in and out. If not, turn the printer off and back it on, then try pairing with the printer again.

Check if the printer is communicating with another mobile device. The printer can only communicate with one device at a time.

Check your mobile device for any messages.

Reset the printer.
