Adding contacts to a group allows you to send a fax to multiple destinations at the same time.
Select Fax on the home screen.
To select an item, use the buttons, and then press the OK button.
Select Contacts.
Do one of the following.
Enter or edit the Group Name and the Index Word, and then select Contact(s) Added to the Group (Required).
Select the contacts that you want to register in the group by pressing the OK button, and then select Close.
You can register up to 99 contacts.
To deselect a contact, press the OK button again.
Select Done to apply the settings.
