Creating your original ribbon

Printing original text repeatedly on a ribbon

Prints the same text repeatedly within the specified label length.

Note
  • To use this function, use the dedicated ribbon cartridge. Other cartridges can also be used for this function.

  • To cut the ribbon after printing is complete, remove the tape cartridge from the printer and use commercially available scissors to cut the ribbon, leaving about 3 mm length of ribbon protruding from the cartridge.

  1. When finished entering text, press + .

  2. Select "Continuous" with the cursor keys, and press .

  3. Select "Tape Length" with the cursor keys, and press .

  4. You can also specify the length using the number buttons.

    Setting range: 5.0 to 99 cm (2.0 to 39.5″)

  5. Select "Interval" with the cursor keys, and press .

  6. You can also specify the length using the number buttons.

    Setting range: 1.0 to 99 cm (0.40 to 39.5″)

  7. Check the number of times the text will be repeated and press .

  8. Printing is started.

    The number of repetitions of a text is automatically determined by the length of the tape, the length of the text, the interval between text, etc.

Printing multiple different texts sequentially on a ribbon

  1. When finished entering text, press .

  2. Press + .

  3. Select "Set Length" with the cursor keys, and press .

  4. Select "Length" with the cursor keys, and press . The ribbon is fed by the specified length.

  5. You can also specify the length using the number buttons.

    Setting range: 2.0 to 99 cm (0.90 to 39.5″)

Enter another text, and repeat step 1 to 4.
