This section explains what to do when a message appears on the screen.

Troubleshooting

Batteries

Possible causes for this message are:

  • No power remaining or inserted in the wrong way

  • Mixed with other types or old ones

If so, set the batteries correctly or replace them with new ones.

Over Heat!

The printhead is too hot.

Turn the power off and take out the tape cartridge. Wait for a while before start printing again.

Line Over!

The number of lines has exceeded the upper limit.

Reduce the lines of text.

Text Long!

Entered text is too long for the specified tape length.

Adjust the tape length or make text shorter.

Text Long!

Go?

Entered text is too long for the specified tape length.

Press to print in the correct length.

Ribbon Long

Text Long!

The text length has exceeded the specified tape length. Reduce the number of characters, or reduce the font size.

Memory Full!

Cannot store any more label data in the printer.

Press any one of the keys to return to the text edit screen, and then delete unnecessary data.

No File

No files have been saved. The "recall" and "delete" functions are available only when some files have already been saved.

Press any one of the keys to return to the text edit screen.

mark is

Up to 10!

The number of marks that can be entered in one label is ten.

Press any one of the keys to return to the text edit screen.

Motor error

An error occurred in the motor operation.

Turn the power off once, then turn it back on. If the same message appears, turn the power off and contact below.
