Make sure the following applications are installed:
Epson FastFoto
Epson Scan 2
Epson Event Manager
If the applications are not installed, install them again.
See the following to check your applications.
Windows 10: Right-click the start button or press and hold it, and then select Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Windows 8.1/Windows 8: Select Desktop > Settings > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Windows 7: Click the start button and select Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Mac OS: Select Go > Applications > EPSON Software.
Click Settings > Scanner Settings tab, and then check the following:
Make sure that Scanner is selected correctly. If not, click Change and select your scanner.
When you are using the scanner via Wi-Fi, click Change and make sure that the scanner is paired with the computer correctly. If your scanner is not listed, check that the Wi-Fi connection is working correctly.
Click Select Application, and then make sure that Epson FastFoto is selected.
Make sure another computer is not connecting by USB. A USB connection takes priority over a Wi-Fi connection. If another computer is connected by USB, disconnect it.
Make sure the Epson FastFoto and other applications are installed correctly.
Try turning the wireless router's power off and then on again.
For Mac OS X users: Make sure you select the network that has priority on your Mac OS X.
