When it specifies [ n = 1], the data from subsequent hosts will be sent to the printer via the customer display.

When it specifies [ n = 2 ], the data from subsequent hosts will be processed by the customer display and will not be sent to the printer.

When it specifies [ n = 3 ], the data from subsequent hosts will be processed by the customer display and sent to the printer as well.

If ESC = 2 is received when [ n = 1] or [ n = 3] is specified, ESC = 2 will be sent to the printer and subsequent data will not be sent to the printer.

If ESC = 1 is received when [ n = 2 ] is specified, ESC = 1 will be sent to the printer and start sending data from the following data to the printer.

If ESC = 3 is received when [ n = 2 ] is specified, ESC = 3 will be sent to the printer and start sending data from the following data to the printer.

If ECS = 2 is received again when [ n = 2 ] is specified, this 3 bytes of data will be processed by the customer display only, not send for the printer.

In the pass-through connection, if ESC = n is received again when [ n = 1 ] or [ n = 3 ] is specified, if ESC = n is received again and n is a value other than 1, 2, 3, ESC = n is sent to the printer as it is.
