If fixed column/line mode is specified by screen layout selection;

- Processing of this command is according to the settings when US ( M <Function 1> setting values are saved without changing the displayed screen, but the screen display does change when the US ( M <Function 2> setting values are loaded, or when the auto-load setting values function of initial processing of US ( M <Function 3> is enabled and the auto-load function is executed.
- The setting values are not maintained for each window.
