Data in the “work area” in which RAM is used is deleted when the power source is turned off, reset or similar operation is performed. Conversely, data in the “storage area” in which the non-volatile memory is used is saved when the power source is turned off, reset or similar operation is performed. Additionally, the “setting value” is the value specified and defined by various commands.

Frequent write command executions by an NV memory write command may damage the NV
