Top > Solving Problems > Cannot Connect With Bluetooth®
Check to see if the printer's lamp is fading in and out. If not, enable Bluetooth on the printer and then try performing the operation.
If a message is displayed on your device screen, check the message information.
Check that the printer is communicating with another device. If the printer is already communicating with one device, it is unable to communicate with another device.
Connection may not be possible if there is a physical obstruction such as a metal object, person, or wall in between the printer and the mobile device. Avoid or remove any obstructions and try again.
When multiple Bluetooth devices are connected simultaneously, or depending on the communication environment and surrounding conditions, printing issues such as missing or delayed characters may occur. If the issue persists, disconnect other Bluetooth devices.
