Solutions When the Printer Does Not Print

If labels do not print or a print job stops, try these solutions:

  • If a message is displayed on your computer or mobile device screen, check the message information.

  • Check that connection cables are connected properly, that the tape cartridge is mounted properly, and that the cover is closed properly.

  • To ensure proper printing, make sure the correct printer is selected. If a different printer is chosen, printing may not be performed correctly.

  • After installing the printer driver, restart the computer to ensure proper installation. If the computer is not restarted, the printer driver may not be installed correctly. In such cases, reinstall the printer driver.

  • Replace the tape cartridge if necessary. Make sure the cartridge is correctly inserted.

  • Connection may not be possible if there is a physical obstruction such as a metal object, person, or wall in between the printer and the mobile device. Avoid or remove any obstructions and try again.

  • Epson recommends the use of genuine Epson PX or LK tape cartridges.
