Extended Settings Tab

If the printer usage has been restricted by the administrator, printing is available after you register your account on the printer driver. Contact the administrator for your user account.

Allows you to enter a user name and password.

Enter a user name.

Make settings for print jobs stored in the printer's memory.

Allows you to make settings for Reserve Job Settings, Verify Job, and Password.

When printing multiple copies, allows you to print one copy to check the content. To print after the second copy, operate the printer's control panel.

Allows you to store the print job in the printer's memory. You can start printing by operating the printer's control panel.

Allows you to enter a password to the print job.
