Error Codes and Solutions

If an error occurs in Craft Designer, check the following table and take the appropriate action.

E2001

You have been logged out of your account.

Re-start Craft Designer and log in.

E2002

Your account has not been licensed.

Check your Epson Craft Studio agreement.

E2003

Check the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement for PORT.

E3001

Failed to obtain the information necessary to send the photo.

Check the network connection status and setup information.

E3002

Failed to download photos.

Check the network connection status and setup information.

E5003

When the order was submitted, it was not registered due to a problem with the Production Flow server.

Contact your local dealer.

E5004

E6004

When the order was submitted, the in-store iPad was not connected to the network.

Check the network connection status and setup information.

E5005

When the order was submitted, the maximum number of files allowed in Production Flow had been reached, so new orders could not be submitted.

Delete some orders or review your Epson Craft Studio agreement.

E6 + status code

A problem occurred in HTTP communication while uploading the order form/order data.

Example: When the HTTP status code is "503"

  • Error code: E6503

  • Error details: Service Unavailable

    (Production Flow service is unavailable due to heavy traffic or maintenance)

Take the appropriate action according to the HTTP status code.

E7002

Failed to connect to the receipt printer.

Check the following.

  • The receipt printer is connected to the in-store iPad using a USB cable.

  • The receipt printer is turned on.

Note:

If you do not want to print receipts, tap Do not print.

E7005

There is not enough free space on the in-store iPad.

Close any unnecessary apps.

E7101

The receipt printer's head temperature may have increased, or the roll paper cover may have been opened during printing.

Wait until the head temperature drops, or close the roll paper cover to clear the error automatically.

E7102

The receipt printer's roll paper cover is open.

Close the roll paper cover.

E7103

The receipt printer's auto cutter blade is locked because items such as foreign objects have entered the printer.

Remove any foreign objects or jammed paper and close the roll paper cover.

E7105

There is no paper in the receipt printer.

Load paper in the printer.

E7106

These include high-voltage errors, CPU execution errors, and communication unit errors.

The printer may be malfunctioning if the same error occurs after turning the power off and on again. Contact your local dealer.

If an error code other than those listed above is displayed, contact your local dealer.
