Log in to the PC you are using as a user with administrative privileges. Enter the administrator password when prompted and then proceed with the remainder of the operation.
Open the Windows Control Panel and click Uninstall a program or Programs > Programs and Features.
Click Epson DC Agent for ECSP, and then click Uninstall.
This completes uninstalling.
