Enabling Guided Access

You can set up Guided Access before opening the store. You can restrict customers from starting apps other than Craft Designer or changing item information by enabling Guided Access.

  1. Open Craft Designer and tap Start.

    The top order screen is displayed.

    Note:

    Log in now if you are not already logged in.

    Step 2. Log in to Epson Global ID

  2. Triple-click the home button (for iPads with a home button) or triple-click the top button. (For other iPads)

    The screen for setting Guided Access is displayed.

  3. Tap Options and make sure Motion, Software Keyboards, and Touch are enabled.

    Note:

    If the Options screen is not displayed, triple-click the home button or the top button, and then tap Options in the bottom-left corner of the screen to set the options.

  4. Tap Start or Resume.

    Guided Access starts.
