Follow the steps below if you cannot access images stored on your smart device when you tap [Select Photos] in the web app.
The operating procedure may differ depending on the Android version you are using.
Open the Settings app on your device and tap Apps.
Tap your default browser (for example, Chrome).
If you cannot see the app, tap See all apps and then select the app.
Tap Permissions and check if Photos & Videos are allowed.
To change permission settings, tap Photos & Videos and select Allow.
